How Credits Work

A REDA AI Credit represents a unit of AI processing. The credit cost of any interaction is determined by its complexity — the depth of reasoning required, the number of tools invoked, the volume of data read from your Salesforce org, and the length of the conversation.

Simpler interactions — such as FAQ responses, quick field lookups, or single-question answers — are inherently low credit cost. Multi-step orchestrations that read records, invoke Flows, synthesise data across multiple objects, and generate structured outputs consume more.

Your Credit Usage Dashboard and per-conversation analytics give you full visibility into exactly where credits are being consumed — so you can optimise prompts, adjust tool configurations, or set per-user caps to stay comfortably within your plan.

Usage estimates are indicative. Actual consumption varies based on your org's data volume, custom configurations, prompt depth, and tool complexity. Use these ranges for planning; monitor actual usage in your analytics dashboard.

Rollover Policy

Unused Credits Don't Disappear

On paid plans, unused credits carry forward automatically. A lighter month builds a buffer for heavier ones.

Paid Plans: Credits Roll Over

Unused credits at the end of each billing period carry forward automatically into the following month — up to the rollover cap.

Rollover Cap: 2× Monthly Allowance

Your maximum balance at any point is capped at twice your plan's monthly credit allowance. Credits beyond this cap do not carry forward.

Trial Credits: No Rollover

Trial plan credits are limited to the trial period. They expire at the end of the 1-month window and cannot carry forward to a paid plan.

Top-Up Credits: Carry Forward

Top-up purchases are consumed before plan credits each period. Unused top-up credits carry forward — they never expire as long as your plan is active.

Worked Example — Business Plan (120,000 credits/month)

Annual billing allows us to provide the credit volumes, rollover policies, and support tiers that make REDA AI a serious enterprise platform. The annual commitment also enables credit rollover — which requires a defined subscription period to administer fairly.

Can unused credits roll over?

Yes, on all paid plans. Unused credits carry forward to the next month automatically, up to a maximum balance of 2× your monthly plan allowance. Top-up credits also carry forward and never expire while your plan is active. Trial credits do not roll over.

Are there any setup or implementation fees?
