AI and provider rates evolve. REDA subscription fee changes require 90 days’ notice before annual renewal; AI-included credit-price or consumption-rate changes require 30 days’ notice. Your own provider’s rates follow your direct agreement. Read the fee-change terms →
Prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions are billed annually. Support scope is agreed with your plan; full implementation, bespoke development and managed operations are scoped separately.

REDA AI credit?
A credit is a unit of AI consumption. Your plan includes a shared allowance that your configured agents use as they process work.
Credits follow the work.
The information processed, AI responses, processing tier and tools used affect consumption. A short answer can use fewer credits than a document review with several actions.
One pool across your org.
Your configured agents and enabled channels draw from the same balance. See what each interaction used inside Salesforce and refine the configuration as you learn.
A credit is not a message, a page or a completed task.
One task can involve several AI interactions. Measure the full task in your pilot—including extraction, tool charges and retries—to estimate the allowance you need.

Each agent can use a different processing tier. Test answer quality and credit consumption together; a lower rate is useful only when the results meet your needs.
The base processing rate.
A starting point to test your workload. Charges reflect the tokens processed, including context and responses.
An alternative to evaluate.
The same base rate per weighted token as Standard. Actual consumption can differ with the model and task; savings are not fixed.
A lower ordinary-processing rate.
Ordinary processing uses 40% of the base credit rate for the same weighted tokens. Try it on suitable routine work and check the results.
Rate illustration: the same ordinary-processing token quantities charged at 100 base credits would use 40 Economy credits. This excludes file pre-extraction, surcharges and fallback processing; it does not predict a complete task’s cost. Economy has separate provider terms and requires consent. The work: instructions, record context, conversation history, files, tool results and the AI’s responses all contribute. One completed task can involve several AI calls. Web search can add a separate surcharge.
The processing tier: Standard and Efficient use the same base rate per thousand weighted tokens. Their token usage can differ. Economy ordinary processing uses 40% of the base rate for the same weighted tokens; this is not a blanket 60% saving on every workflow.
The channel and exceptions: Community and External Widget processing uses half the Internal/API credit rate for the same token quantities. File pre-extraction uses the Standard tier; fallback processing uses its effective tier. Economy requires compatible licence/provider settings and consent.
The configuration: relevant context, focused prompts, caching and appropriate response/tool limits affect usage. Choose settings for answer quality as well as cost.

Request the amount from REDA. We confirm the purchase and provide a top-up key. Your administrator redeems it in REDA AI inside Salesforce, then checks the updated balance.
Amounts shown exclude applicable taxes. Unused top-ups remain available through the end of the redemption month next year. Renewal preserves their original expiry date; an active paid subscription is required. For a different amount or sustained higher usage, talk to us about your requirements.

How does REDA support our team after the first pilot?
Support grows with your plan: help portal, email, a named account executive, a dedicated account executive, or a dedicated account and implementation team. Agree coverage and commitments with REDA; full implementation and managed operations remain separately scoped.
Is the plan price a platform fee plus extra usage?
Bring your own AI covers the REDA platform subscription; your provider bills AI usage separately at its prices. AI included covers the subscription and the stated credit allowance, with optional top-ups. Salesforce and other third-party licences remain separate.
Do we need Growth, or can we start smaller?
Choose the active agents, custom prompts, custom tools and MCP allowance your workflows need. Start with Free or Starter for a focused configuration, then increase capacity as your work expands.
Do nonprofit prices apply to top-ups?
Nonprofit pricing applies to the plan subscription, with the same included credit and agent allowances. Additional credits cost $0.03 each for every organisation and remain valid through the end of the redemption month in the following year, unless used sooner. Spending them requires an active paid subscription.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused included credits carry forward up to 2× your monthly allowance, with the new month’s allowance added separately. The same monthly rollover cycle continues through annual renewal; there is no separate annual reset. Purchased top-ups remain valid through the end of the redemption month in the following year, unless used sooner. Ordinary renewal preserves unused, unexpired top-ups and their original expiry date; spending them requires an active paid subscription. Read the credit terms →
How do I start free?
Free runs for three months with 1 active agent, 50 custom prompts and 1 MCP agent. Built-in tools are available; custom tools are not included. Activate Free Tier in REDA AI for 2,000 credits per month with AI included. Contact REDA for a Bring your own AI trial; provider charges still apply.
What does the platform subscription cover?
Your plan includes the REDA AI managed platform in your Salesforce org: agent configuration, built-in tools and actions, admin assistance and usage management. Configure the experiences your business needs—copilot, recommendations, automation, Claude over MCP, portals and website access.
Agents are tailored to your data, procedures and permissions. Choose the active-agent allowance shown in your plan; we agree enabled channels and support scope with you. Salesforce and third-party licences remain separate.

The REDA AI subscription is per Salesforce org, not per user. AI activity uses REDA credits or is billed through your own provider account, depending on the funding model. Salesforce licensing and permissions still apply.
Does the free pilot include the full implementation?
The free first pilot is a bounded sandbox proof of concept around one agreed problem. We agree the scenarios and success criteria, work with your admin, and let your team test the result. Production rollout, wider integrations, migration and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Keep your Salesforce licences. Depending on the experience you choose, messaging services, Experience Cloud or a Claude subscription may carry their own costs. Custom integrations and implementation services are scoped separately. REDA AI does not require Data Cloud to work with Salesforce records.
REDA AI credits meter processing through the platform. They do not include a separate AI client’s subscription or usage charges.
How will we agree the right allowance?
Measure representative work in your pilot: completed tasks, all associated credit usage, any failures or retries, and the quality of the results. Multiply the observed average by your expected volume and allow room for busy periods. Review actual usage after rollout.
