REDA AI for Real estate

Keep the conversation moving. Keep your team in the loop.

A prospect asks about a property. A resident needs guidance. A service request needs the right owner. REDA AI can be configured around the records, property knowledge and procedures in your Salesforce so each conversation has a useful next step.

Build around your portfolio and service standards, with your people controlling commitments, exceptions and the actions an agent may take.

Property, leasing and resident-service teams

AI use cases for real-estate teams on Salesforce.

These are potential uses of the REDA AI platform. Each agent is configured around your procedures, available data and permitted actions.

01 · Leasing operations

Turn an inquiry into a handoff your leasing team can use.

A first message rarely contains everything the team needs. Repeated questions about dates, preferences and availability can leave a prospect waiting and a leasing agent reconstructing the conversation.

With REDA AI

A configured website or connected messaging agent could answer from approved property information, ask relevant follow-up questions and capture the inquiry in Salesforce. It can prepare a summary and a task for the leasing owner.

What to aim for
More complete inquiry records and less repeated questioning.

Setup, decisions & measures

What this needs. Connect current property and availability data; define qualification questions, message consent and ownership rules. WhatsApp needs a configured messaging integration. Booking a showing needs the relevant scheduling tool; it is not implied by a chat connection.

Your team’s decision. Your leasing team handles exceptions, confirms commitments and applies the required fair-housing process. The example does not automate tenant acceptance or rejection.

What to measure. Time to a useful response, including model latency; inquiry completeness; accepted handoffs; appointment conversion where booking is in scope.

02 · Resident experience

Give routine questions a reliable starting point.

Residents need understandable answers about move-in steps, amenities and building procedures. Staff often repeat the same information while still needing to help with situations that do not fit the usual answer.

With REDA AI

Configure a portal agent with current resident guidance and a defined escalation route. It can explain the relevant procedure and direct the resident to the correct service or staff member when the answer needs judgment.

What to aim for
Easier access to approved guidance and better context for staff follow-up.

Setup, decisions & measures

What this needs. Keep property-specific instructions current. Establish whether the session is public or authenticated and which records it can access. Test one resident’s inability to obtain another resident’s information, and ensure the human contact route remains visible.

Your team’s decision. Disputes, sensitive account matters and emergencies follow your established human procedures. Do not make emergency assistance depend on successful AI detection or response.

What to measure. Answer quality on a reviewed sample; repeated questions; handoff completeness; resident feedback and escalation failures.

03 · Property operations

Prepare a service request for the next person.

A message such as “the air conditioning is not working” can require several exchanges to establish the location, access information and what has already been tried.

With REDA AI

A configured agent could gather permitted details, summarise the request and create or update the agreed Salesforce record. Your routing process can then put that context in front of the responsible team.

What to aim for
Fewer avoidable clarification loops before work is assigned.

Setup, decisions & measures

What this needs. Agree the service categories, record types, property-to-unit relationships and work-order integration. Duplicate checks, access instructions and your emergency contact route need explicit testing. No vendor dispatch or repair booking is assumed.

Your team’s decision. Staff determine urgency, safe handling, vendor selection and spending approval. The agent must not improvise hazardous repair instructions.

What to measure. Clarification exchanges; time to assignment; duplicate requests; requests reaching the correct team.

From the work arriving to the next step

Show the handoff, not just the answer.

Follow one example through the process. The agent prepares and acts within the configuration; the review step belongs to your team.

  1. A resident asks

A question arrives through the configured portal or connected channel.

  2. REDA AI adds context

The agent uses approved property guidance and the records that this session is permitted to access.

  3. The next step is clear

Routine guidance is provided, or the request and relevant context are passed to staff.

If something needs attention

Routine guidance

Explain the approved procedure and the resident’s next step.

When the work is ready

Staff input needed

Create the permitted task or handoff; show a direct human contact option.

Illustrative workflow. The portal, messaging service and any record or scheduling actions must be configured. A successful answer does not demonstrate that a service request was resolved.
Built around your Salesforce

Your process gives the agent its purpose.

These examples suit teams using Salesforce for inquiries, properties, residents or service. A REDA property-management implementation may hold more operational information than a standalone Sales Cloud org. Availability, leases, work orders and balances must come from the systems you actually use, through configured access—not assumptions about what is already in Salesforce.

The information it can use

Approved property guidance, inquiry details and the relevant Salesforce property, contact or service records available to the selected channel.

The actions you allow

Capture an inquiry, prepare a handoff, create a task or use a tested property-specific action where it has been added.

The decisions people keep

Keep tenancy decisions, contractual commitments, sensitive disputes and emergency response under the appropriate human processes. Public and authenticated channels require different access designs.

Start with the systems you actually have. REDA AI is installed in Salesforce. Additional data sources, industry-specific screens and external services can require configuration, integration or development. External AI providers process the information sent for reasoning; agree suitable data handling and test access for each user and channel.

Make the value observable

Test the work. Then decide what to expand.

Choose one property or portfolio segment and one recurring inquiry category. Test questions that can be answered, questions that need staff and questions that must not reveal another person’s information.

We work with your process owner and Salesforce administrator to agree the scope and success criteria. A focused sandbox pilot gives your team something concrete to review before a wider implementation.

Meet Vivi at Vila 11

Vila 11’s CFO configured and tested a community agent around resident guidance, with REDA assisting with deployment. The story shows how business knowledge shaped the agent; it does not establish a general reduction in service calls or staffing costs.
