REDA AI for Nonprofits

More time for your mission. Less work between the steps.

Applications to review. Participants to follow up with. Funders waiting for an update. Put REDA AI to work on the preparation and coordination around your programs, using the Salesforce records and procedures your team already relies on.

Your people bring the knowledge of the mission. We help turn it into a configured agent that supports the work—and a practical way to test whether it helps.

Program, service and development teams

AI use cases for nonprofit teams on Salesforce.

These are potential uses of the REDA AI platform. Each agent is configured around your procedures, available data and permitted actions.

01 · Program operations

Prepare the application before the caseworker opens it.

A submitted form is only the beginning. Someone still needs to read attachments, compare details with the participant’s record and identify what is missing before a review can move forward.

With REDA AI

A configured REDA AI agent could read the supported documents, organise the relevant values, compare them with selected Salesforce records and prepare a review summary. Your team sees the questions to resolve before making a program decision.

What to aim for
Less repeated reading and rekeying; a clearer review queue.

Setup, decisions & measures

What this needs. Agree the document types, required fields, program rules and where proposed values will be displayed. A review screen or field-level acceptance experience may need customer-specific configuration or development. Test missing pages, poor scans, conflicting values and duplicate submissions.

Your team’s decision. The caseworker confirms the information and decides eligibility. Confidence indicators, where configured, are signals for review—not validated probabilities that a value is correct.

What to measure. Staff handling time per reviewed application; corrections after review; incomplete submissions identified; credits per completed review.

02 · Participant services

Make the next request specific and useful.

A case can stall because the next action is unclear: which document is missing, who should request it and whether someone has already followed up.

With REDA AI

Use the case status, current checklist and contact preferences to prepare a targeted follow-up. An allowed action can create a task for the owner; sending a message can be added through the approved channel and review process.

What to aim for
Clearer ownership and fewer unnecessary follow-ups.

Setup, decisions & measures

What this needs. Define the checklist, contact permissions, allowed channels, duplicate-prevention rules and escalation owner. Email and task actions need the appropriate configuration. Other messaging services need their own integration and entitlements.

Your team’s decision. Staff handle sensitive circumstances, disputed requirements and exceptions. Urgent support should have a direct human route independent of an AI response.

What to measure. Time spent chasing information; duplicate contacts; cases waiting without an owner; successful handoffs.

03 · Programs and development

Start a funder update with the evidence already collected.

A reporting deadline can turn into a search across program records, attendance, outcomes and earlier updates. Writing is only part of the work; the figures and reporting period need to agree.

With REDA AI

Configure an agent to retrieve the agreed Salesforce measures and prepare a narrative against your funder’s questions. It can identify missing evidence and organise a draft for the program lead to check before submission.

What to aim for
Less time assembling a first draft, with gaps made visible.

Setup, decisions & measures

What this needs. Define the reporting period, metric calculations, approved narrative sources and access restrictions. Use established queries or reports for numeric totals. Files outside Salesforce need an agreed access route; formatted document export may require an additional tool.

Your team’s decision. The program or development lead validates the figures and claims. The agent should leave unsupported outcomes unanswered rather than turn an activity count into evidence of impact.

What to measure. Preparation and review time; unreconciled figures; missing evidence; revisions needed before approval.

From the work arriving to the next step

A review-ready application, with the decision still in your team’s hands.

Follow one example through the process. The agent prepares and acts within the configuration; the review step belongs to your team.

  1. The work arrives

An application and supporting documents are linked to the correct Salesforce case.

  2. REDA AI prepares

The configured agent reads the documents, checks selected records and flags gaps against your program procedure.

  3. Your team reviews

A caseworker checks the proposed values and chooses the next step.

If something needs attention

Information is missing

Create a follow-up task; request the specific missing item through the agreed channel.

When the work is ready

Ready for a decision

Record the reviewed information and let the authorised person decide the application.

This is a proposed configured workflow. It does not imply automatic benefit approval or a prebuilt nonprofit application. Document formats, review UI and routing are agreed and tested for your Salesforce setup.
Built around your Salesforce

Your process gives the agent its purpose.

This guide focuses on nonprofits that manage program, participant or funder information in Salesforce. NPSP, Nonprofit Cloud, Health Cloud and custom implementations have different data models. We work with your administrator to establish what is actually available; installing REDA AI does not create a complete program-management system.

The information it can use

Participant and case records, supported attachments, current program instructions, agreed checklists and the fields staff are authorised to use.

The actions you allow

Prepare review summaries, propose values, create follow-up tasks and use explicitly permitted record or communication actions.

The decisions people keep

Eligibility, funding allocation and sensitive participant decisions remain with your authorised staff in these examples. Access and actions must be tested for the intended users and channels.

Start with the systems you actually have. REDA AI is installed in Salesforce. Additional data sources, industry-specific screens and external services can require configuration, integration or development. External AI providers process the information sent for reasoning; agree suitable data handling and test access for each user and channel.

Make the value observable

Test the work. Then decide what to expand.

Choose one program, one application type and one review queue. Compare the existing process with the assisted process on representative examples, including incomplete and difficult submissions.

We work with your process owner and Salesforce administrator to agree the scope and success criteria. A focused sandbox pilot gives your team something concrete to review before a wider implementation.
