About REDA AI · A REDA One LLC Company

Every Salesforce team wants AI. The path to actually deploying it is broken.

REDA One built REDA AI to remove that path entirely — a horizontal Salesforce-native AI agent platform that any Salesforce customer can install as a managed package and put live in days, not quarters. Built by a Salesforce ISV AI platform company that has shipped on the platform since 2019.

The Short Version

What You Need to Know

REDA AI is a Salesforce-native AI agent platform that installs as a managed package and runs entirely inside your org — no middleware, no Data Cloud, no parallel security model.

REDA AI is a Horizontal Platform
REDA AI is a Salesforce-native AI agent platform built for any organization running on Salesforce — across financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, real estate, legal, and government. It is not vertical software.
Built by REDA One LLC
REDA One LLC is the parent company. It also builds a separate real-estate operating platform under the REDA brand. REDA AI and the real-estate platform are different products with different audiences. This page, this site, and this product line are about REDA AI only.
Salesforce-Native Since 2019
REDA One has built on the Salesforce platform since 2019, with multiple managed-package products under strict Salesforce ISV review. REDA AI extends that platform-native discipline into the AI agent layer.
Governance Posture
ISO 27001:2022 certified. SOC 2 Type II certified. GDPR aligned. Inherits Salesforce permissions, sharing rules, and FLS. No CRM data stored outside your org. Full audit trail on every AI interaction.
Headquartered in Princeton, NJ
5 Independence Way, Suite 300, Princeton, NJ 08540. Innovation center serving global customers. Sales and partnerships: sales@reda.one.
Why REDA AI Was Built
Every team wants to optimize their processes with AI. The path to actually getting there is broken — too much tooling, too much integration, too long to ROI. REDA AI exists to remove that path entirely for Salesforce-anchored teams.
Our Story

Why REDA AI Exists

The short version of how a Salesforce-native AI platform got built — and what we learned building it that the market needs to hear.

2019 — Salesforce-Native by Choice
REDA One built its first managed package on the Salesforce platform in 2019, learning the platform from the inside — Apex, LWC, sharing rules, packaging, ISV review. That discipline became the foundation of every product the company has shipped since.
2024 — The AI Wall Hit Customers
Customers came back saying the same thing: "We want AI in our processes, but the path there is broken — too many vendors, too much integration, too long to ROI." Generic copilots couldn't see custom schema. Enterprise AI projects couldn't ship in under a year. The gap was real.
2025 — REDA AI Was Built
REDA AI was designed as a Salesforce-native AI agent platform that does the heavy lifting — multimodal documents, eight communication channels, three tool types, governed inference, full audit. Built so admins manage it, not consultants. Built so the first agent ships in days, not quarters.
2026 — Embedding Intelligence Across the Business
REDA AI now runs across multiple flagship use cases — resident-portal concierge agents on Experience Cloud, autonomous document-processing agents handling intake at scale. Same platform. Different industries. Same admin team building both.
What We Believe

The Principles That Shape REDA AI

Six commitments we hold against — visible in every architectural choice, every roadmap decision, every conversation with a customer.

Admins, Not Consultants
If a Salesforce admin can configure a Flow, they can configure a REDA AI agent. We will not build a product whose adoption depends on a six-month consulting engagement.
Native Beats Glued-On
A managed package inside the org. Standard objects for everything. Salesforce permissions before context assembly. We refuse to ship a "Salesforce integration" — REDA AI is Salesforce.
Heavy Lifting Belongs With Us
Document processing, channel management, tool routing, governance, audit — these are platform responsibilities. We do not push them onto our customers' admins or their stack diagrams.
Time to ROI Is the Metric
Days to first agent in production matters more than feature lists. Every release is judged by whether it shortens the path from licence key to live agent.
Governance Is Architecture
FLS, sharing, audit, and credit accounting are not afterthoughts. They are designed into the platform from day one because regulated industries cannot ship AI any other way.
Honest About What We Don't Do
We are not for non-Salesforce orgs. We are not a generic chatbot. We are not a developer copilot. Telling buyers where REDA AI does not fit is part of the deal.
Where We're Going

The Horizon

Three directions REDA AI is investing in next — without the overpromise. We say it when it ships.

Deeper Document Intelligence
Continuing to expand the multimodal document surface — broader format support, richer extraction patterns, sharper human-in-the-loop review for regulated workflows.
Channel Reach
Eight channels today. The goal is making the agent reachable wherever a Salesforce-anchored business operates — including the messaging and voice channels customers and field teams already use.
Admin Authoring
Shrinking the time from "we want an agent for X" to "the agent for X is live" — through better natural-language agent design, smarter tool suggestions, and richer testing on real org data before deploy.
